3- POWDER BLENDING SERVICES: Our powder milling facility has the capacity to blend up to 300kg batches ensuring product consistency for our tableting and encapsulation departments. In addition to the granulation and blending purposes, our blending facility is also available for pure powder contracts.
Encapsulation
Two-piece Hard-Shell Gelatin Capsules: We offer a full range of contract manufacturing and encapsulation services to our clients including Powder blending, granulation, vitamin tableting and two-piece Hard-Shell gelatin encapsulation that meet the diverse specifications of various Nutritional products.
Using your unique ingredient formula, your raw ingredients are combined in our blending room in the dosage required by you our customer, After blending and quality control inspections the product is now ready for encapsulation. Once your product is encapsulated and inspected by our quality control department it then moves to the packaging department where it is introduced into the containers of your choice and ready for shipment to either you our customer or to a distribution point of your choosing
VegiCaps : We also provides an alternative for the vegetarian market called VegiCaps. It contains no animal by-products, starch, sugar, corn, soy, wheat, yeast, dairy products, artificial colors or preservatives. These VegiCaps are made from pure carbohydrate gum, derived from naturally occurring vegetable cellulose.
Tableting
One of the most popular dosage mediums in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, its benefits includes solid compression and affordable prices. Our tableting facility is a fully enclosed, temperature, and humidity controlled facility. Our tableting department includes eight fully automated tablet presses as well as four semi-automatic presses, with the capability to produce 600 million tablet pieces annually.
ISO 9001:9002 COMPLIANCE : Our quality control procedures currently are under ISO compliances. Our monthly production output is approximately 4.5 million capsule/tablet pieces.
